Long drives are also made more comfortable with easy-access multi-function audio controls mounted on the leather steering wheel, cruise control to help you focus on the road, and a front centre armrest for more comfortable seating.

The 77TSI Comfortline boasts a surprising amount of power. Its 1.2 litre TSI petrol engine delivers a thrilling 77kW of power and 175Nm of torque, thanks to its direct-injection turbocharged technology, which also offers an efficient fuel consumption of just 5.5L/100km*. And with a choice of 6-speed manual or optional 7-speed DSG transmission, it’s the perfect drive for everyone.

Sports styling
We’ve included a new level of standard features in the 77TSI Comfortline. From the chrome highlights and trim throughout the front console, to the cruise control and Multi-Function Display (MFD), which provides you with all your trip information at a glance. Not to mention the sumptuous black Comfort cloth upholstery or Multi-function leather steering wheel. The 5-door hatch, also comes with glossy 15” Lakeside alloy wheels, sculptured front nose and comes complete with chrome grille insert and unique headlight design.

Optional Sports package
Enhance the athletic character of your 77TSI Comfortline. Our sports package adds extra presence and style to the new Polo, with sleek touches, including sports suspension, 17” Boavista alloy wheels (including the space-saving spare wheel), dark tinted rear windows and fog lights.

Environmentally friendly performance
The new Polo thinks differently about the future. Which is why the 66TDI is incredibly fuel-efficient with impressively low C02 emissions. Its 1.6-litre common rail turbo diesel engine is fitted with a diesel particulate filter, running on a very lean 4.7L/100km* for manual or 4.6L/100km* for DSG. But it doesn’t hold back on performance. It delivers a stimulating 66kW of power and 230Nm of torque, driving you further for cheaper.

Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) transmission
Go with the 5-speed manual or the optional 7-speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) transmission in your 66TDI. The thoughtful DSG transmission gives you the comfort of an automatic transmission, coupled with the dynamic drive of a manual. When driving, it pre-selects your next gear, allowing you to change gears seamlessly in a 3-4/1000ths of a second. So you can still have fun driving, while curbing your C02 emissions.

Sophisticated style
Saving at the fuel pumps doesn’t mean you have to scrimp on style. The 66TDI offers creature comforts beyond its class. Switch on the cruise control and relax in the new ergonomically designed, height adjustable front seats. Drop down the 60/40 split folding rear seats and adjust the variable level boot floor to fit in bigger loads. The new Polo GTI has finally arrived. And with its trademark performance and rail-like handling, this latest addition to the Polo range will not disappoint. The 1.4 litre, twin-charged TSI engine boasts a whopping 132kW of pure power, complemented by a smooth automatic 7-speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) as standard, for effortless gear shifting. But great power now comes with even greater control, thanks to the unparalleled grip and handling afforded by the Extended Electronic Differential Lock (XDL) technology. Applying hydraulic pressure to the wheel on the inside of a corner to prevent slipping or understeering, XDL means you can be confident taking on even the sharpest of corners. What’s more, optional Bi-Xenon headlights provide improved illumination when driving and come with stylish and distinct LED daytime driving lights. And of course, the legendary GTI honeycomb grill, red-stitched fl at-bottomed 3-spoke leather steering wheel, front and rear disc brakes with signature red callipers and sleek, Jacky tartan sport seat upholstery, 17" Denver alloy wheel and front fog lights all come standard.
